David Bartley was elected at the 2012 District Assembly.  Before his election, he served as senior pastor of South Bend Church of the Nazarene.  He is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary.  He is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry at Northern Seminary.

He and his wife Jolyne have four kids.  They live in Valparaiso, IN.
